exactly. now you have Openmode and want to disable WarrantyVoidWarning. Do all steps, listed in this letter.

I did a full reflash = flasher -F DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin -f -R.
Then ---- disclaimer-cal remove View-openmode -  no restart after that --- it showed me "disclaimer remove from cal".
After KERNEL flash again Warranty Void Message appeared. :-(

Any help?

yup. try to execute command twice, try reboot and after reboot execute command again. try to flash from Sync mode, don't switch phone off.
and try to add --suppress-warranty-warning option when flashing kernel.

This: flasher -a DFL61_HARMATTAN_30.2012.07-1_PR_LEGACY_001-OEM1-958_ARM.bin -k zImage --flash-only=kernel -f -R --suppress-warranty-warning ???
