So run the battery flat to 0% before pluging into PC and running commands?

I suggest to try to only flashrootfs first that if it way works you keep everything but apps in harmattan.

1.Is the rootfs the one with LEGACY in the name?
2.Do I only flash the rootfs or all of the files listed on Navifirm?

Thanks

Yes the rootfs file is around 1.13-1.16gb big.
