Is it possible to install PDroid on NITDroid?
It needs to have a ROM patch applied in order to use this application. Does anybody know how to do it?

you meen it must be rooted not pached rom LOL , why not? Just install it like any other app on market, nitdroid comes like rooted os, so you don't need to root it..

I think you are wrong. Root is not enough to install this app. It needs a special patch. Here are steps to install app:
Quote
Installation Instructions:

    BACKUP YOUR ROM (HOWTO)
Make a PDroid Patch for your ROM with the PDroid Patcher and put the patch on your SD card
Boot your device into your custom (CWM) recovery (Desire HD: vol down + power)
If you flashed the patch before but PDroid said it still was not installed, then select "mount /system"
    Select "install zip from sdcard"
    Select "choose zip from sdcard"
Select the PDroid patch you have put on your SD card
After flashing is finished, reboot the device
Install the PDroid app from the Android Market

My problem is that I don't know how to make a rom backup on NITDroid. ClockworkMod backup app crashes when trying to do a backup and I also don't know how to boot up to recovery on n900.

Boot up , press volume +
Did you delete extra home screen settings?

It does not help me.
When I choose "Backup Current ROM" option in ClockworkMod ROM Manager it reboots the phone but nothing more happens. When I hold volume+ during boot also nothing happens.
Any idea?

CWM (manager) wouldn't work: there is no recovery in NITDroid at all. So you have to manually extract files from zip archive and install those files as well.
cat support_request.pm > /dev/null

Thanks for your replay.
So to install this PDroid app I would have to manually apply patches to NITdroid sources and build system by myself?
Does anybody have experience with this app on NITdroid?
