Nitroid battery problem+temperature
Nastykid:
Hey everybody! :D I've installed Nitroid 2 days ago and it's great but I have several problems with it.
1. Battery drains way too fast (I've setted my phone so it won't eat all the battery up so fast, but the battery still drains pretty fast, also I've underclocked it from 1GHZ to 600 MHZ)
2. The phone is really hot when I use Nitroid (On Maemo this doesen't happens )
How can I make the battery last longer?
One more thing,is ICS more stable than Gingerbread?
Thanks in advance :D

LOL WHY DID YOU UNDERCLOCKED IT????????? You will not save battery life if you underclock cpu.... Theoretly that gives some postive answers that could be save some energy, but practically not.... If you want to save energy, try to use phone more offline... because all that stuff that uses internet (mails, notifications etc..) it sucking the energy like a beast... So set cpu to normal or even more if you want, you can go far up to 1.3ghz maybe more...
And charge phone every night or day when you dont use it, try to empty the battery fully when you charge it, it will save it to live longer. When you compare os's from n9 to n900 its ics i think on n9 more stable than ics on n900... What apps do you use on nitdroid?
Nastykid:
Cause the phone was too damn hot and also because I thought I'll save battery by doing that. I always empty the battery fully then charge it but it still drains really fast,I wonder if it happens to everyone. I don't have many applications,15 maximum and I always close what I don't need. Thanks for answering. :D

Change the scaling from "on Demand" to "conservative" with set CPU
