As far as I know:

Download the Alpha 5 here from 'Installation Howto': 3) INSTALL NITDROID ROOTFS:
http://forum.nitdroid.com/index.php?topic=601.msg5088#new

and use this procedure:
http://forum.nitdroid.com/index.php?topic=241.0

or wait until coderus or Swiper_swe or the like comes by/lock on and help you.

MyDocs is not an app. It is a folder, and is The folder that you use when connect your phone as mass storage.

Yes, when you connect it to the computer, when select MassStorage, it opens up a folder where you have the photos, music, etc. The maisn folder is the MyDocs on your N9
